The price is good but you get what you pay for. The remote holder is cheap. The balance board cover is not smooth. The little pebble like bumps on it are really hard and they hurt my feet. My biggest problem is that the battery will not power on. I returned the package and hope that Amazon will refund my money.

The holster is cheap, but works as long as you take off your cover from your remote. The balance board cover is pink, but fits fine. The reason for my poor review is the battery pack. I have struggled for a month to find a way to get it to work, charging it from different USB ports for as long as 15 hours. When I turn the balance board on, I immediately get a “Your battery is low. Please change immediately. I will reset the game for you” series of messages. I plug the pack back in the charger, and it seems to need to charge for hours all over again — if it ever really got a charge it didn’t hold it. Nothing I’ve been able to do gets it to work for more than a minute or two. I tried calling MadCatz tech support, but wasn’t able to talk to a human being. I’ve left a message, but haven’t heard back. So, I’m stuck using batteries again.
UPDATE: I finally reached MadCatz tech support, and they were very pleasant. I have RMA’d the defective battery pack, and will update folks on whether the replacement pack works.

As advertised. I have not had any issues with this product. I purchased a Coby dual USB wall charger so I don’t have to charge the battery pack with the Wii console or computer. Not thrilled about the pink color but it was Christmas gift for my wife. She doesn’t mind the pink but now I use it too and I wished it were white as it appears on the package. I have read many negative things online about the battery pack. I have not experienced any problems so far. I would say you will always find 100 times more negative things about anything online than positive things because people don’t bother submitting good feedback when they are happy with a product.
